3 Ways To Protect Your Framed Art Print

Keep Out Of Direct Sunlight
Sunlight can really fade an image, depending on the ink it was printed with. We print with UV protected water-based inks, however it’s still best to avoid placing your artwork in a direct path for sunlight, so that the colour of your print stays crisp and bright.
Watch the Humidity
The humidity in a room can also greatly affect your artwork. It’s best to keep your piece at around 55% humidity. If your space is very dry or humid, I recommend getting yourself either a humidifier or dehumidifier. Humidity can affect everything from fading, pests, mildew to mold. Try to make sure that your artwork is never in a room that is too humid.
Dust You Piece
Instead of using harsh chemicals like spray cleaners to clean away the dust, simply use a feather duster or microfibre cloth. The chemicals in household cleaners can get under the frame and affect your framed artwork.
