What is your order processing lead time?

Digital File, Mail In, Oversized Art and Gallery Wall Frames orders will be processed within 10 business days. Mail-In orders will be processed within 7-10 business days from the day the physical art is received in our facility. For all type of orders, you will receive a pickup notification or a shipping notification with tracking number, from our Support email address - support@framehaus.ca.

How do I know my order was placed?

As soon as your order is placed, you will get an order confirmation on the email address entered in the order. If you do not get a notification and your credit card was charged, please reach out to us at support and we will send it to you.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can always reach out to us at support to inquire about the status of your order. It usually takes us 7-10 business days to get it shipped or ready for pickup.

How can I change my order?

We will be happy to change your order details, if we have not already processed your order. Please reach out to us at support with your order number, as soon as possible, to let us know of the changes. In the event of confirmed changes, we will need additional processing time to get your order ready. Once your final item(s) has been produced, we will not be able to edit or change your order. You will still be fully charged for the order and no refunds will be issued.

I just received my order and I am not happy with it?

We always strive to make sure you are fully satisfied and happy with your order. In case you are not happy with your order, please reach out to us at support with your order number, and we will make sure to get your issue(s) resolved.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept VISA and MASTERCARD as payment methods. If you have payment issues during checkout, please reach out to us at support.
