FAQ’s

Digital File Upload
What type of digital image files do you accept?

Presently, we only accept JPEG format for digital file uploads. The minimum image size is 1MB and maximum image size is 500MB. Our minimum requirements for image quality is 300dpi. Uploading an image with lower quality will result in pixelated or blurred output.

How can I make sure the digital image is good for the final output size I want?

In order to get the best output of your digital image, we recommend a minimum of 100 pixels per inch to be used as a benchmark for the image resolution. For example, if you wish to print a 16 inches x 20 inches canvas, you will need a minimum of 1600 pixels x 2000 pixels, with image quality of 300 dpi (dots per inch). If you are not sure about the image resolution, you can email us at support and we will let you know the best output size for your digital image.

What are your print size limits for digital file uploads?

Our customization tool will show you the best possible print output for the digital file you upload. If you have any special requirements, please reach out to us at support and we will check to see if we can fulfil your requirements.
