We currently ship to all locations in Canada and USA. If you are an international customer, reach out to us at support so that we can guide you in placing your order.
We will try to expedite your order based on your requirements. Our standard processing time is 7-10 business days. Reach out to us at support with your order number, and let us know when you would need your order by.
We offer free pickup option of your framed art at our location in Toronto. Our pickup address is Frame Haus Canada, 33 Drummond Street, Toronto, Ontario, M8V1Y7. You can pickup your completed order at this location anytime between 9am to 4pm. If you are not able to pickup in this time period, let us know at support and we will try to offer an alternative solution.
We will be able to change shipping address on your order, if the order has not shipped yet. You can reach out to us at support with you order number and we will make the necessary changes on the order. If the order has already shipped, then we will not be able to make any changes on our end. However we will work with the courier and try to re-route it to the new shipping address, if possible.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns and will not be able to issue refunds. All the orders are personalized for our customers and are FINAL once the order has been been placed. We will be happy to replace your framed art, incase of any visual defects or manufacturing damages. For more questions and queries about returns, please email us at support.
In case of damages during shipping, we will be happy to ship you a replacement of your original order at no extra charge. We will not be able to issue refunds for damages during shipping. If you do wish to change your original order at this time, your new order value will be calculated based on the changes and you will charged again appropriately. You can reach out to us at support with your order number to inform us of damages during shipping.
